His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 24:16

This morning’s verse talks about taking responsibility for our choices. 

To every choice we make, there are consequences. If we choose not to be focused on the one thing that matters, we live a life of unfocus, where our efforts are scattered across multiple things, not seeing the best results on the one thing that matters most to us. (See Matthew 6:24) The Lord is leading us to serve in the doors that are open, not getting distracted by the closed doors. (See Revelation 3:7)

Today, let us seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit to reveal to us areas where we need to make the change so that we can continue to experience His goodness more and more.
