His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 27:11-14

This morning’s verses talk about blessings and curses.

Each day, we have choices to make, and there are consequences to those choices. When we choose to follow His will, then we will experience His will for us. Throughout the day, we face multiple situations where we are presented with a choice to make: follow His will or my will. If He is dealing with us in the area of mercy and endurance, we need to make a conscious, intentional decision to be merciful and endure, going against the current to grow and get to the next level.

Today, let us make a conscious and intentional decision throughout the day in areas He is now dealing with. Because life is a series of trials that require endurance, which may not be easy to handle, we may experience discomfort throughout, but it will be well worth it because we shall be complete, lacking in nothing when we see Christ face to face. (See James 1:2-4)
