His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 12:29-31

This morning's verses talk about continuing to renew our minds even if we still experience the old thought habits. (Ref Romans 12:1-2)

It is important that we don’t give up on renewing our minds. It takes time for the old ways of thinking to go away. It may even come back but it is important that we fight back with the new Godly thought habits (Ref 1 Timothy 6:12) taking more territories of our hearts. 

Today, let us continue to choose to renew our minds. If He directs us to focus on taking actions (Ref Matthew 7:21) then we can entrust Him with our mind, will and emotions because we have the mind of Christ. (Ref 1 Corinthians 2:16)
