His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 14:11-20

This morning's verses talk about the Lord honoring our freewill. 

Throughout the day, we are presented with the opportunity to make choices, whether good or bad in the sight of the Lord. But the key is the motive which He sees. (Ref Hebrews 4:12) We may not make the right choices, making mistakes but He is more interested in our humility to accept the wrong and focus on our growth. (Ref Proverbs 24:16)

Today, let us focus on humility and growth. We may not get it right but we can choose to grow through humility. (Ref Philippians 1:6)
