His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 16:16-17

This morning's verses talk about giving to the Lord in accordance with the blessings we have received. 

This means that we need to know how blessed we are. Have we intentionally thought about the things He has blessed us with beginning with salvation through our faith in Christ? We may be struggling to get to the next level in our finances, career, calling etc.. but have we chosen to be grateful for the doors that are now open because of Him?

Today, let us spend time thinking about what we can be grateful to the Lord for. We can then give to the Lord in accordance with the blessings we have received from Him.
