His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 24:17-18

This morning’s verses talk about showing mercy towards the vulnerable. 

We may have treated everyone the same way in the name of fairness, but this section teaches us that we need to show compassion specifically towards those who are in a difficult situation. 

Today, let us seek His guidance so that we pay special care to those who need compassion because we were also once lost, but now we are found out of His mercy towards us. (See Luke 15:24)
