His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 24:5

This morning’s verse talks about marriage. 

How important is marriage to us? The Lord places marriage as a high priority in our lives. When we marry our spouse, we become one with our spouse. Our spouse becomes our closest neighbor for us to love. (See Matthew 22:39)

Today, let us reflect on our marriage. Is the love of Jesus being revealed through us? And most importantly, to Jesus, Who is our Bridegroom, His love back to Him? (See John 3:29, 1 John 4:19)
