His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 24:7

This morning’s verse talks about sin in our lives.

How can we live a sinless life? The good news is that we are God’s righteousness through faith in His finished work at the cross 2,000 years ago. (See 2 Corinthians 5:21) But does this mean that we live a flawless life? We are perfected in the spirit realm, but our souls need to go through a renewal so that our bodies behave in a way that pleases Him. (See Romans 12:1-2) Yes, life is indeed about how far we can go in our growth in the soul and onto body level until we see Christ face to face. (See Philippians 1:6)

Today, what is the area He is leading us to grow in? Prosperity of our lives is not for some time in the future to experience but for today.
