His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 28:1-2

This morning’s verses talk about obedience and blessings. 

What is He speaking to us about today? Not yesterday or tomorrow but today. If we obey, then we can experience the blessings that overtake us. We don’t need to chase after blessings, but they will chase after us. What an amazing promise. 

What is it that He wants us to do today? It may be an area of our character that needs to grow. Do we exercise His resistance when we feel like we are being attacked by the devil? He will eventually flee. (See James 4:7)

Today, let us choose to obey His Word, and His blessings will overtake us chasing after us.
