His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 28:4

This morning’s verse talks about His blessings upon the work that we do.

Not only are our children blessed, but also the works of our hands are blessed. What an amazing promise through obedience to His commandments. But how do we perceive His Word towards us? 

Literally, almost all of the instructions in the Scriptures are regarding our character growth. However, we may be more inclined to focus on fulfilling our vocational calling. This fact could act as a blind spot, keeping us from experiencing breakthroughs. 

Today, what areas of our character need growth following the instructions of His Word? Because when we obey, we can experience His blessings on all the works of our hands. Is it focus (See Philippians 3:13), mercy (See Luke 6:36), endurance (See James 1:2-4), resistance towards the schemes of the devil (See James 4:7), or something else?
