His Word for Today: Book of Deuteronomy 30:11-14

This morning’s verses talk about His Word being in us. 

Christ is the Word (See John 1:1, John 1:14), and Christ lives in us. (See Galatians 2:20) The Scripture even says that we know all things. (See 1 John 2:20) Therefore, it is our choice to fight the good fight of faith (See 1 Timothy 6:12) to be intentional (See Colossians 3:23) about choosing to follow Christ to become more like Him in character (See  2 Corinthians 3:18), which has eternal implications. (See  2 Corinthians 4:18) We brought nothing into this world and will bring nothing from this world. (See 1 Timothy 6:7)

Today, whatever we are facing, since we have the Word of God available to us within us, let us choose to continue to fight the good fight of faith to be intentional about obeying the Lord. Whatever we are struggling with, we have the solution in us, whether it is in the area of focus (See Matthew 6:24), love (See 1 Corinthians 13:5, 7), etc. We can live and experience the abundant life Christ died to give us. (See John 10:10)
