This morning’s verses talk about love trusting all things. (See 1 Corinthians 13:7)
Do we trust others even if we know that they would fall short? (See Romans 3:23) The Lord knew that the Israelis would turn away from God in sin, but still led them into the promised land. Jesus knew that Judas would later betray Him, but still chose him to be one of the disciples. We may be so concerned that we may be betrayed by others because of our past negative experiences with people, but all that is required is our love towards others, trusting them. This, I believe, is one of the reasons why the Scriptures teach us not to keep record of wrongs. (See 1 Corinthians 13:5)
Today, in what areas have we failed to trust all things? It is one of the characteristics of His love taught in the Bible.
May the Lord continue to richly bless you!
